Mayor Concerns:
Council Concerns: cleaning up of properties, rich will meet with county attorney and assistant Chief Deputy to see what types of deals they can make with the property owners about cleaning up their property, the city would like verification that the task was completed and what decision was made to the home owner. Also when taking pictures would like to have a deputy with city member to be present when taking pictures.
Certified letters should be sent to property owners requesting their present at the council meeting, with setting a time limit to explain and state their case to the council, to have their areas cleaned up as one of the properties has a lead service line that runs through it and requesting signing a waiver that states the city is not responsible for any damage that occurs while fixing the lead service line.
Water meters will need to be used eventually, especially for renters, it was recommended in the apartments that the owners come up with some way of monitoring the water usage.
Adjourn – motion made by Rich Majerus to adjourn the meeting with a second by Jake Gilsdorf Motion Carried. Meeting was adjourned at 6:57pm. Motion carried.
