Bellechester City Council
October 12th , 2016
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Keegan Quinn at 6:30 p.m.
Pledge to the flag.
Roll call was taken: The council in attendance: Mayor Keegan Quinn, Council members Rich Majerus, Paul Reding, Kim Gilsdorf and Jason Nurnberg as well as, Greg Ruehl. Kyle McKeown was absent.
Motion made to approve minutes from special meeting and regular council meeting made by Kim Gilsdorf. Second by Paul Reding. Motion carried.
Motion to approve bills for the month made by Rich Majerus. Second by Jason Nurnberg. Motion Carried.
Denise Anderson: Here to talk about mail voting.
Motion made by Rich Majerus to make a resolution to make council positions seats 1-4 instead of by name. Second made by Jason Nurnberg. Motion Carried
Motion made Kim Gilsdorf to have clerk have the attorney file a petition with courts to fix ballot mistake. Second by Paul Reding. Motion Carried.
Wellhead protection plan part 1: Motion made to approve part 1 of plan as presented by Dan Howard made by Rich Majerus. Second by Jason Majerus. Motion Carried.
2017 Budget: Discuss more again in November
Dangerous Dog Ordinance: Tabled till November meeting.
Clerk Report –
Treasurer Report –Three letters to be sent this month.
Water/Wastewater/Facility Report –Water generator work being handled by Rich.

Motion was made by Kim Gilsdorf. Second by Jason Nurnberg to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:17 pm.

Recycling – Please recycle whenever you can. There is a recycling bin located on the north end of town by GB Feed and Supply. By recycling, this will keep our garbage rates from rising.
2016 General Election Ballots Need To Be Returned To Wabasha/Goodhue Counties by November 8th. Ballots Need To Be Mailed by November 4th!!!!
