Bellechester City Council
November 9th, 2016
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Keegan Quinn at 6:30 p.m.
Pledge to the flag.
Roll call was taken: The council in attendance: Mayor Keegan Quinn, Council members Rich Majerus, Paul Reding, and Jason Nurnberg as well as Greg Ruehl, Kyle McKeown, and Dan Howard. Absent was Kim Gilsdorf
Motion made to approve minutes from October council meeting made by Rich Majerus. Second by Jason Nurnberg. Motion carried.
Motion to approve bills for the month made by Jason Nurnberg. Second by Paul Reding. Motion Carried.
- 2017 Budget/Levy/Loan repayment: Finalized in the December Meeting
- Building Permit Application Process: Come up with a more consistent process.
- Dangerous dog talk tabled indefinitely.
Clerk Report – 308 building not permitted. Will be calling again this week to check status. Send letter and tell them they need to be at the December meeting.
Treasurer Report –Two letters to be sent this month.
Water/Wastewater/Facility Report –Water generator work being handled by Rich. Empire here last week and finished repair. Bill from Knobelsdorff coming for lights. Ponds discharging. Flow meter not working at the north pump house. Looking into repair vs replaced.
Motion to scope/jet the collection system from Majerus property to hwy 16. And also, all pump house repair costs made by Rich Majerus. Second by Paul Reding. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Jason Nurnberg. Second by Paul Reding to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 pm.

Recycling – Please recycle whenever you can. There is a recycling bin located on the north end of town by GB Feed and Supply. By recycling, this will keep our garbage rates from rising.
2016 General Election Ballots Need To Be Returned To Wabasha/Goodhue Counties by November 8th. Ballots Need To Be Mailed by November 4th!!!!
