Bellechester City Council
March 8, 2017
Meeting was called to order by Councilman Jason Nurnberg at 6:30 p.m.
Pledge to the flag.
Roll call was taken: The council in attendance: Council people Doug Majerus and Rich Majerus, and Jason Majerus as well as clerk Greg Ruehl, Kyle McKueon, and Dan Howard. Absent Council. Keegan Quinn and Kim Gilsdorf
Minutes of February, 2017 meeting were approved with motion was made by Rich Majerus with a second by Doug Majerus to approve the minutes as modified. Motion carried.
Bills were reviewed and a motion by Rich Majerus with a second by Doug Majerus to approve and pay the bills as presented. Motion carried.
Building permit for OReilly approve. Motion made to approve permit by Rich Majerus. Second by Doug Majerus to approve. Motion carried.
Dan Poncelet asking to not be charged for January SWG. Motion to approve this change made by Rich Majerus for SW with a second by Doug Majerus. Motion Carried.
Kevin Poncelet building. No pay for SWG for the second building. Tabled until next month.
Goodhue Fire Association all ok. No increase in service fee.
Outhouse in at park by the 1st of May.
Clerk Report –
Talk about new laptop. Tabled until a later meeting.

Water/Wastewater/Facility Report –

Motion was made by Doug Majerus with a second by Rich Majerus to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm.

Board of Equalization Meeting – will be held Tuesday, April 12th from 5:00 – 5:30. The April monthly city council meeting will be moved to this date, following the Board of Equalization meeting @ 6:00.
Reminder – Street Parking Ordinance #27 is in effect – No Motor vehicle shall be left parked on any street(s) in the city from Nov. 1-April 1 for the hours of 2am until 6am with snow fall of more than 2”.
Recycling – Please recycle whenever you can. There is a recycling bin located on the north end of town by GB Feed and Supply. By recycling, this will keep our garbage rates from rising.
